This Privacy Policy describes how Nubo ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Garrage mobile application ("the App") available on the Apple App Store.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Garrage does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data with any third parties.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Garrage does not collect any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Device identifiers
- Financial information
- Any data transmitted to our servers — because we have none
3. Data Stored on Your Device
All data you enter in Garrage — including vehicle information, fuel logs, service records, reminders, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
This data:
- Never leaves your device unless you explicitly back it up through Apple's iCloud Backup
- Is not accessible to us or any third party
- Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app
4. iCloud Backup
If you use Apple's iCloud Backup feature, your Garrage data may be included in your device backup stored in your personal iCloud account. This backup is managed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
5. Push Notifications
Garrage uses local push notifications to remind you of upcoming vehicle inspections, insurance renewals, and maintenance. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — no data is sent to any server to trigger them.
You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings → Garrage → Notifications.
6. Photos
Garrage may request access to your photo library to allow you to add vehicle photos and service invoice images. Photos you select are stored locally on your device within the app's data. We do not upload, process, or transmit your photos.
7. Children's Privacy
Garrage is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
